Taking Warby Parker for a Spin

The weather in San Francisco this past weekend was amazing! You wouldn't believe it's winter with the sun on full blast. It was also Super Bowl 50 this weekend, bringing hoards of people and endless events to the city. Since it was so sunny, I figured it was a great time to try out some new sunglasses!

I love a pair of well designed sunglasses that fit perfectly on my face. After having my fair share of no-brand fast fashion sunglasses to high end expensive ones, I was excited to go check out Warby Parker while looking for my next pair of sunglasses. I must say they have an array of designs with high quality craftsmanship that won't break the bank.
Outfit: Zara boho short sleeve top (similar here), ASOS lace up pointed heels (here), Zara ripped jeans (here) and Warby Parker Winston (here),  Accessory Concierge bracelet (here) and Bauble Bar ring (here)

After a quick trip to the Warby Parker store and trying on a few different designs, I went with a pair of Jet Black Winstons. These were medium width frames that fit well, since I felt the narrow frames were too snug and the wide frames too loose. The bridge of my nose isn't very prominent and these sunglasses fit very nicely on my face. They didn't slide down my nose or rest on my cheeks. As with all their glasses, these were thin and light and very comfortable to wear. I've never had sunglasses with the retro and chic looking straight brow line, so this was obviously a good choice!

All in all, it's almost impossible to not find the perfect pair of sunglasses or prescription glasses. Their frames come in narrow, medium, and wide lengths, and there's even different bridge and temple widths that will fit anyone. Best of all, they make sure you have the perfect fit and if you don't, they will adjust it for you anytime.

Overall I had a great time trying out some new frames! I love the look of these sunglasses, and they are definitely more affordable than some other splurges I've had in the past. :)

I'm also very excited to announce their new line of sunglasses! The Sun Collective is Warby Parker's first sunwear collection of the year and they're coming out with some great new designs. With this collection, they're redesigning some of the favorite frames to make them even more chic by updating the designs without losing the original appeal.

My favorites are the Piper and Laurel 16. The Piper has crystal embeds along the bottom rims which makes it unique and eye catching, and the color combo is like nothing I've seen before. The Laurel 16 has a feminine touch with the soft peach color and the off green lens gives it a chic contrast. Check out the rest of the new collection here!
