Happy Halloween everyone! This year me and my co-workers decided to dress up as characters from Disney Pixar's Inside Out. I was excited I got to be Joy as she brings joy to Riley and keeps her happy, I can say we're relatable to say the least. I found the perfect lime green dress at Forever21 for only $5, what a lucky steal! I then bought some sparkly blue fabric paint to draw in starbursts on the dress.

The fabric paint was surprisingly easy to use and dries in only 4 hours.

Voila! It was such an easy, low budget DIY project that I had fun time doing.
For my birthday dinner we headed to 1760 in Nob Hill. Being it was my first visit and knowing nothing about the menu and restaurant, I went in with no expectations. I pleasantly had two of the best dishes there that's worth mentioning!

My first time having a fried duck burger. It was super juicy and tender! It wasn't fat and oily as I thought it'd be. The spicy aioli cole slaw gave just the right kick. This is the best Fried Duck burger ever!

Bavette Steak with Wheat berries and Shitaki mushrooms. This is a flank steak, which is leaner but it tasted juicy and buttery, they definitely cooked it perfectly. The nuts and wheat berries gave it a roasted au-jus flavor when eaten together with the steak. I will definitely come back for this!
I hope everyone has a fun and festive Halloween!
What a perfect match, and cute outfit! I still haven't seen Inside Out, though I've heard tons of good things about it. Looks like you had an amazing Halloween - especially with those delicious dishes! (:
